MSA Realty, LLC was reformed from MSA Realty, a sole proprietorship founded over twenty years ago under an officer in Mountain States Appraisal & Consulting, Inc. The new LLC is owned by G. Joseph Corlett, Cathy Rosera, and Christopher Palmer. 
The members have a wide area of expertise in the real estate field. This experience includes brokerage representation, property management, real estate appraisal, and property investment. We are a full-service brokerage offering both Seller and Buyer representations for income properties. We are also able to provide leasing services. Please review our individual qualifications,
