G. JOSEPH CORLETT, MAI, SRA BROKER, MSA REALTY, LLC
2006 marks the 32nd year that Joe has been in the real estate business. After graduating from the University of Idaho in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, he returned to Boise, and co-founded Corlett Associates, a predecessor of Mountain States Appraisal & Consulting, Inc. Joe was licensed as a real estate agent in the State of Idaho upon graduation from the U of I. However, most emphasis was placed on the appraisal of real estate. The MAI designation was earned in 1981. The appraisal and consulting practice has laid an excellent foundation for the brokerage business regarding the economics of transactions as well as the principals involved.
Through continuing education programs Joe has stayed current in brokerage and appraisal requirements. He is a commercially certified as a General Appraiser in the States of Idaho and Oregon. Joe is the Designated Broker for MSA Realty, LLC. The company is a full service real estate brokerage offering Seller and Buyer representation on office, commercial, apartment, industrial, and special purpose properties.
As an Idaho brokerage, we are licensed to practice throughout Idaho. Joe is a certificated commercial pilot with instrument and multi-engine ratings. As such, we are able to access a large area of the state in a relatively short time in our privately-owned aircraft. Aerial photography is also conducted from the aircraft.
Joe currently serves as a board member on the Treasure Valley Chapter of The Idaho Aviation Association and The Idaho Aviation Hall of Fame. He has also served on the national board of The Appraisal Institute as well as national committees within the Institute. He is also the past president of the Southern Idaho chapter of the Institute. Joe is also a RealtorŪ member of The National Association of Realtors. He is also a member of BOMA.
CATHLEEN D. ROSERA, CPMŪPRESIDENT
Cathy Rosera founded Hammack Management, Inc., in 1979. She holds a CPMŪ designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and has as served property owners and investors using her expertise in property management, financial management, and commercial real estate development. She has been instrumental in the development and construction of twelve multi-family properties and remains a General Partner in three of those projects. Her experience also includes working with developers on the set up, operation and management of mixed use projects. In addition to real estates sales Cathy also represents clients in performing due diligence inspections.
Christopher Norman Palmer
Chris Palmer graduated from Cal Poly Pomona - Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. He has a Masters of Science, from Golden Gate University, in Taxation.
Chris has 22 years experience as owner/operator of Commercial Properties, primarily in the Hailey and Boise areas of Idaho. He also has 20 years of knowledge in The Equipment Leasing Business in California.
